Davidson Taxidermy

My name is Tony and my wife is Sharon. Davidson Taxidermy began in 1986 by Tony Davidson in Ridgecrest CA. In 2002 Sharon joined the team and we moved to Big Pine, CA , a small community nestled in the beautiful Eastern Sierra Mountains. Today we are located in north west Louisiana in a somewhat small city called Minden.

 

I am in my mid 60s and first got the idea to be a taxidermist when I was 11 years old. I ask God what I should do with my life. Since I loved Fine Art and was an avid hunter and fisherman, taxidermy was my calling.

 

When you give us a call you will talk to Sharon or myself. Our goal is to listen to our customers and to create a mount that will more than meet your expectations.

Combined we have well over 45 years experience. Yet we are continually striving to improve, keeping up with the latest methods by subscribing to taxidermy publications and competing at state, national and world competitions.

 

We have been member of the National Taxidermist Association for over 25 years.

 

We currently offer personalized fish taxidermy service to give you a custom mount, one that matches your preferences, not ours.

 

Being sportsmen ourselves, we know the importance of preserving the memory of the catch or kill.
